How long are my sessions?
You will pick the session which best fits your needs right now. One 20 minute session, One 45 Minute session or the Allow Sobriety To Happen Package.
My hunch is many of you will want the Allow Sobriety To Happen Package. For this package, we work together for three 45-minute sessions. These sessions must be at least two days apart so you can process the information and notice your results.
How are the sessions held?
The sessions take place virtually, either by phone or Skype.
What equipment do I need to participate in this group?
All you will need is a telephone. Of course, if you prefer to do the sessions by Skype then you’ll need a computer, tablet or mobile phone which has a video camera and a pair of microphone headphones. (The ones that come with your cell phone are fine.)
What do I need to do to prepare for our sessions?
Come prepared with a list of topics you would like to work on. Most people have underlining beliefs which are keeping them stuck in the mental battle with alcohol. We focus on your limiting beliefs in our first session. You also want to be well hydrated by drinking water before and during the session. Because we are working toward achieving alcohol freedom, you’ll need to attend the session sober.
