Complete this 3 point tune up whenever you are feeling out of sorts or overwhelmed.
1. Reset your body clock
Choose a time to go to bed every night and time to wake up every day that you (and your lifestyle) can work with.
Tune Up Tip: Set an alarm for going to bed, not just for waking up. The iPhone Bedtime feature works great for this.
2. Refine your routines
Scale back morning and evening routines to only 3 tasks for the next 30 days. Add only 1 task to each routine every 2 weeks. Don’t have one? Watch this quick video post on Creating A Morning and Evening Routine to help with achieving sobriety.
Tune Up Tip: Your morning and evening routines should contain no more than 5 tasks each.
3. Reflect on upon your transformation journey
The best was to stay on course and develop rhythm and flow is to reflect on your journey. Do this by journaling every day.
Tune Up Tip: The key here is consistency. Journal daily, even if just a few words. Think of this as your vehicle’s daily ….. you are the vehicle. – The Five Minute Journal is ideal for this.
